An entrepreneur's calendar is typically filled with meetings, team tasks, and client messages. Movement time often gets left for whatever energy remains at the end of the day. A fixed calendar block and a clear practice format help establish a sustainable routine.
Choosing a Sustainable Rhythm
In private mentorship, I recommend aiming for two sessions per week. This serves as a balanced working rhythm, not a rigid rule for everyone. Session times are agreed upon personally around your schedule.
Before purchasing a package, review your upcoming weeks: check for business trips, major work events, and existing commitments. Agreeing on a realistic schedule is far more important than choosing the largest package.
Adapting Intensity to Your Energy
Some days you may have high energy, while on other days you might need gentle movement and calming meditation. You can always discuss your current state with your teacher before starting.
My framework has structure, but each individual session adapts to your needs. Consistency does not require performing the most intense variation of an exercise every single time.
What to Consider as Progress
Progress doesn't necessarily look like mastering a fancy pose. Pay attention to familiar movements: do sequences feel smoother? Are you holding positions with greater stability? Do you understand verbal cues more intuitively?
Another key indicator is how you transition into relaxation. Can you notice when you continue holding unnecessary tension? Is it easier to return your focus to your breath and body sensations?
These are observations of your own experience. Progress varies for each individual, and a single challenging session does not define your overall journey.
Practicing While Traveling
Check time zone differences, internet reliability, and mat space ahead of time. Sessions can seamlessly continue from another city or country if conditions allow.
Packages have fixed validity periods. Rescheduling an individual session does not automatically extend the package expiry, so schedule changes should be communicated in advance.
Start with a Single Session
A single initial private session lets you test the format and experience the teaching approach before committing to a package.
