What to check before enrolling
Ask for the actual syllabus, meeting schedule, feedback arrangements and cancellation terms. Confirm whether recordings, written materials or a completion certificate are included. Do not assume a fixed course length or lifetime access unless those terms are explicitly offered.
Building a personal practice
Choose a manageable rhythm and a quiet place. Record what you notice without trying to produce special sensations. Spiritual training does not provide a medical qualification or establish an ability to treat conditions.
